Registration of real estate rights in the Russian Federation and Ukraine

The aim of this study is comparing the registration of rights to a real estate in the Russian Federation and Ukraine with the Czech Republic. The information of each country is divided into five parts: history, state organizations, example of cadastre, geodesical works and state coordinate systems. Each part contains a comparison of the situation in the Czech Republic.
Revision of Cadastre Documentation

This bachelor thesis deals with activities in the revision of real estate cadastre data from the perspective of an employee of the Cadastral Office. The first part introduces the issue and the course of the revision of the real estate cadastral data with a link to legal regulations. The second part is devoted to the description of the activities of the Cadastral Office Brno - město in the revision of data performed in the cadastral area of Brněnské Ivanovice. The obtained data were processed into clear graphs and analyzed.
Comparison of the regulations in the field of real estates property rights in Czech Republic and in selected countries

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the regulations in the field of real estates property rights. A concise introductory outline presenting the way cadastral systems function in Europe is followed by a detailed description of the respective situation in Spain and in Great Britain. The historical background to the current state of things is explained first. The second part consists of a detailed description of the systems in both countries and offers also a comparison of the laws and regulations in these countries with their counterparts in the Czech Republic. Concrete examples amend the text.
Valuation of golf courses with verification of application possibilities Naegeliho class method position

Subject of this thesis is the valuation of golf courses with the verification of possible application of Naegeli class method. The solution includes a description of individual objects located on golf courses used for this sport. Application of Naegeli class method will be carried out in both theoretical and practical way. Result will be compared with the use of other conventional valuation methods, eventually estimate as well. According to the achieved results, a standard expert valuation process using Naegeli class method will be proposed.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of the town of Skalica its neighbourhood. This analysis is based on a resources which are available in a cadastral office, a board of works, a municipal office, the museum of Záhorie, an archives, a libraries and so on. All of these resources are containing an old and a present-day maps, a photos, an aerial images, a books and a lot of other files. In this work, there is the description of natural, historical and cultural surroundings together with the list of changes which were made to this countryside. This description is based on the classified collection of all available materials. As a consequence of this analysis, there are suggestions which could be made to improve this countyside. In the end it was discovered that the region did not come across with a distinct and a radical change.
Development of legal relations to real estate in the Czech Republic and Europe

This bachelor´s thesis deals with development of legal relations to real estate in the Czech Republic and Europe. It is divided into theoretical part contain brief literary research. The first section is devoted to the definition of basic concepts related to the topic. The following section describes the historical records of Czech cadastres up to the present. Research also introduces the basic factors that influence land tenure. The conclusion of the theoretical research contains an introduction to the development of property rights in the Czech Republic and Europe. The practical part is focused on selected cadastral areas, specifically Lovětín near Třešť and Bezděčín in Moravia. In the introduction of the practical part there is a more characteristic description of selected localities. The major focus of the practical part is the analysis of the development of legal relations to real estate in selected areas. The analysis of land tenure is performed in two periods, the Stable Cadastre and the current Real Estate Cadastre. Periods are compared with each other and then processed. At the end of the practical part there is a brief summary of the results.

Legal regulation of sale of property-comparison of current civil code and the proposed new wording of Civil Code

This thesis analyzes the problem of real property selling in the legal sense under Act No. 89/2012 Coll. compared to Act No. 40/1964 Coll. and also contains their comparison. Firstly, the definition of real property and its transfer under Act 40/1964 Coll. is being examined. This paper deals particularly with new principle of superficies solo cedit and influence it has on real property selling, as well as with real property definition. Further issues covered are material publicity, note of disputability and requirement of written form upon transfer of real estate. I deal in the individual chapters with the development of agriculture, development and changing the registration ond markong of the land in the period of feudalism, capitalism a socialism. In the last chapter I deal with analysis of develoment of land resources and its own investigation of ownership in the selected time period. The first part of the work is dedicated to the general develoment of the land plot, describes the individual registration tools and they are given with a brief description. In the second part I already deal by cadastral territory of Brno Líšeň and description of the evolution of the ownership of the soil across the selected time periods. In the last chapter I evluated jidge comparing the information obtained relating to the area of interest and I´am considering the possibility and appropriateness of implementing comprenensive land in it.
